I have tried making a clean save for sexlab/pregnancy and reinstalling them but it did not fix the issues

Do you crash when you are naked?
if so you need a compatible skeleton. Try groovetama's xp32 extended skeleton it is great.

I crash right as the animation is supposed to start; Sometimes it gets naked, sometimes it crashes a split second before it occurs (I still hear clothing taken off). I do have the xp32 skeleton and FNIS had no errors with anything and applied the arm patch as well.

If you're using SOS, make sure that you are also using a SOS skeleton. If you don't have a skeleton with SOS compatibility then it will crash at that point

Are you using mo or nmm, make sure that groovatama's skeleton is not being overwritten.
