Crash When starting new game

Don't know what the problem is, but whenever I open the level up menu, or when starting a new game, I crash. Here's my papyrus log. It's whatever this stuff is:

Looked it up and couldn't find anything useful.

bump, I've tried disabling more than half of my mods to no avail.

You're using MO, aren't you? If so, and this is a new game/fresh install then try launching it with the vanilla launcher just once then launching it with SKSE through MO.
