question about MEGA downloads

 OK so i wanted a few of the unpb conversion armors listed here and could only figure out the mega file transfer option (the other goggle couldn't translate well enough for me to comprehend) i signed up for the free account was accepted and began my download 20 minutes later still nothing, lt  is only a 19.1 mb file any help would be appreciated .

weird for me works fine, can you give the link of the file you tried? maybe owner removed or something and you are in middle of download of that.

 I cant get any of these to download ...mega says starting download but never does.
