CTD after Skyrim emblem shows up

Hey, my game crashes a second after you see the Skyrim emblem in main menu.

papyrus only talks about estrus, but i havent changed anything with my mods since yesterday (it worked then)

i already tried to un and reinstall estrus, but even with this mod deactivated the CTD occurs.

first of all did you use FNIS? charus requires FNIS to run properly, and did you use TES5EDIT to check for errors yet? did you use NMM and BOSS? Forgetting one of these can already crash your game.

yea i used FNIS multiple times, NMM and Boss too, but i never understood what TES5 actually does to help me. i thought of a wrong loading order, but that doesnt explain why it broke over night. maybe i should add that skyrim did a 1.9 GB big auto-patch today, still trying to figure out what it actually contains. I guess I'll give TES5 another try

Seems you just installed skyrim install some mods and think it works?

 

Well let me crush your dream there, it won't work that way you have do a lot more before it even works poperly.

 

TES5EDIT is a must you need to clean your mods or you crash nomatter what.

 

SKSE 1.7BOSS-TES5EDIT are a must have.

 

Use NMM(to learn also plenty tutorials to watch) if your new to this MO is bit more for experienced users.

 

Also load order or we can't do much to help you.

Also i suggest go watch some tutorials how to mods skyrim will help you alot.

funny that you said it, the problem solved itself for some reason, and without TES5 too. but thanks for the advice anyway!
