Without such a kit as in the case of Skyrim any TES game, and this goes for the Fallout series as well, is commercially handicaped in the long run, perhaps even a tactical self-goal if not a stillborn foetus. Keep in mind that the genre in question needs modding(-tools) like humans need fresh air. Such a Construction Kit is the essential part of the game, the food to stay alive on the market. Lemme give you as prospective customers of TES V a little advice: Buy it (actually you'll rent it), it's worth it, but don't buy it before the release of the Skyrim Construction Kit, a kit that is weekly announced by Bethesda in almost religious fashion, a strategy that strangely reminds of the announced return of Jesus Christ, the delay included...
