TBBP help

So I'm pretty new to the body modding and I've been trying to get my character to have the butt bounce shown in the video on the tbbp dragonfly download page.

How do I do this? I literally don't have half a clue what I'm doing and it's taken me 3 days to even get my characters butt and breasts to slightly jiggle but the butt hardly moves while walking and it's only noticeable when I crouch.

I'm using cbbe big bottom edition, alsl body, tbbp and xp32 skeleton. I MUST have the jelly butt.

Also using hdt and bodyslide although I only half understand them.

 

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I'm stuck as hell.

sometimes it is on the body, a wobble more and the other less.
in this video you see the ADEC TBBP because everything is shaking a bit more.

How much a bottom jiggles when using the HDT Physics Extension is controlled by the hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP XML file, try a different XML file uploaded by a User, or learn how to modify the hdtPhysicsExtensionsDefaultBBP XML file Yourself. I use Havok Physics for the hair physics now, and never got into adjusting the XML Myself.

Ok I downloaded one and I have a hdt.xml and a hdmt.xml. Do I just move these into the data/plugins or do I have to do some other wizardry?

And yeah I've tried both adec and cbbe but I hear adec doesn't have many armors. Not sure if bodyslide is compatible with Caribbean adec? When I do it my characters butt has a huge black area and only looks seamless if I don't bodyslide

 

Edit: only get butt bounce on adec and not cbbe. Is it impossible on cbbe?
