Casting while swinging a 1h melee weapon

Are there any mods available that would allow me to power swing a 1h weapon while continuing to channel a spell with my left hand? Google has failed me.

Sure, it's probably OP, but it'd be fun.

If you mean using for example Flames while swinging a sword you can do that.

And why OP? More Immersive in my opinion: Charge up while swinging and releasing in the face after swing is finished, like a combo

Shoulda been more specific. Casing while power swinging, not just regular swings
