Crosshair/HUD/Smithing Menus Invisible

I'm having a problem where my smithing menus are all invisible, the controls still work fine, and my crosshair/total HUD disappears when I stand still without my weapon drawn. When my weapon IS drawn, everything works fine, barring the smithing menus and similar.

 

Can I do anything to fix this?

 

Edit: I realize I didn't include this info. I've tried verifying the game's cache through steam and installed iHud to see if that fixed it, to no avail. The next biggest change was installing Custom races and its requirement, along with PC Exclusive Animation Path.

I wish it were that, but it's not. My menus are on. Though oddly enough the smithing-style menus will show up while the console is open.
