There's a folder in it called "pregnant." The kicker was there's no hint of pregnancy in the mod's title and the inclusion of pregnancy was sandwiched between tons of details of text, so it was hard to find it in search boxes. I pretty much gave up hope, until I was downloading random body meshes and came across it. Only thing I hate about it is the areola around the included breasts associated with the pregnant mesh are extremely exaggerated and huge. I could fix it myself, but it doesn't change the fact the mod does it, so just a heads-up warning.
