Not loading in any mods

So since Elder Scrolls Online went down a few hours ago I decided to go back onto Skyrim, which I was playing on just yesterday and it was fine then. Now however the game seems to refuse to load ANY plugins or master files into the game besides Skyrim.esm. Not even the official DLC is being loaded in. I've checked everything from NMM to the Skyrim Launcher to even the plugins.txt file, all say that the game should be loading the mods and DLC as normal, but the game just doesn't.

 

I've tried verifying the game, no luck; and I have no idea what else to do. Obviously I can reinstall the whole game, but at this point I suspect only an entire clean install of the game would fix this, but obviously no modder wants to do this.

 

So, does anyone have any idea what's going on?

Check at your mod manager if that its actived : archive invalidation

(at pic im using mod organizer not nexus, but nexus have same option)
