Sudden random drop in FPS.

Hey, well it's exactly as the title says it. Thank you title. Basically, I got something like a 10-25 fps drop since yesterday for no reason at all. I mean I didn't install anything, I just like, was playing normally the day before yesterday at 46/50 fps or something like that, and suddenly without explanation, when I open the game yesterday I see the fps dropping and dropping ... It's around 25fps indoors now, and 15 fps outdoors ... 

As I've said, I didn't install anything except for a follower mod (I've tried uninstalling it and starting a new game, nothing changed). I also played a bit with the JFF for HDT, (again, restored my old one that I was using without the fps drop and nothing changed !). 
Is it a hardware blooper ? A virus ? Some kind of windows 8 bullcrap that got in with a ninja update ? 

Should I show my papyrus and load order anyway ? I mean as I've said, I didn't change anything to it and my papyrus looks the same way it did when my game worked normally.

maybe its a script with problem or alot scripts checking all npcs .Try deactive all mods with medium / heavy script usage and test.
