HDT skirt physics for Fiona UNP dress?

Would anybody have an interest in adding skirt physics to the outfit, as seen here:

That would be just about the coolest thing ever. Sadly, I am very bad at modding, but I make take on the challenge myself, but it might take me a year to figure it out.

Two months later I've got an alright handle on things.

Still not too good but good enough to understand how things work and how to make them (in theory, I have yet to make an actual physics mesh)

Yup, I said the same when I heard about HDTPE, but its not that hard, it took me a couple hours to understand it thanks to Canderes (gosh, I owe him a beer) and two weeks to create something "stable" (from modeling to create the ESP)

 

It took more time to "the orange thing that should not be" because he's working on a zillion mods xD

 

So its not that hard, and you have people here willing to help.
