Most annoying sound glitch EVAR

Hey. So there's this small issue my almost completely stable Skyrim is getting and it is a furiously annoying one. It reached the "neighbor-dog-barking-all-day-long-and-saturated-bieber-music-blasting-from-that-same-neighbor-house-with-a-baby-crying-in-the-background" level. Yeah, this level of annoying.

So, there are two superposed sounds of "stepping" when I'm walking around. Just like if I grew 4 legs, it's like there is a lag between the rendering of my footsteps' sound while at the same time my footstep's sound work normally. It's really hard to explain, but it's like, on top of the normal sound of footsteps you hear a cacophony of jumping/stumbling/running sound , and man, it's making me rip out my hair.

I'm thinking it could perhaps come from a glitch in my drawn sword walking animation, I got this new one from nexus and sometimes I get the T pose when drawing. It's not a missing animation, 'cause sometimes it does work, the T pose just comes at random. So when this t pose happens I just jump to reset the behaviors, then everything's cool and dandy, then the sound glitch happens after 2 or 3 minutes.

I hope you understood what I mean.

I actually do know exactly what you mean! Though I would argue that nothing comes close to a "neighbor-dog-barking-all-day-long-and-saturated-bieber-music-blasting-from-that-same-neighbor-house-with-a-baby-crying-in-the-background" for irritation levels, it is really, REALLY, annoying.

It's happened intermittently in my game for quite a while. No idea what causes it or why it suddenly stops, but thankfully it doesn't tend to last too long for me. If anyone has any idea why it happens, I'd be very grateful too.

Yeah, I really hope there is a fix somewhere that we don't know about, it seems to come from two walking animations playing at the same time, maybe a FNIS issue ? I don't know, but it's getting to the point where I just play with mute footsteps and it's making me feel like a sneaky bastard.

I've heard it before. Even playing vanilla Skyrim on XBox. But it's always gone away on it's own before too long. I've just saved, quit and reloaded and had it go away.

Wanna' know what's worse? I fell in the black stuff in Apocrypha and that loud crackling sound just would NOT stop at all. It went on forever it seems. But a couple save, quit and reload cycles killed that, too.
