[ask for an AI combat solution]

I am troubled with playing Oblivion IV when facing the problems below:

1. when using console command : playerID1 startcombat playerID2

strangely , some NPCs will start combat, but other will not,

instead they only go up to each other and start friendly greetings

or do nothing. (I check the IDs is typed correct. if I use the same command to city guards , it works well and immediately results a fight )

2. wonder if any of you talents can help me figure out a way ,a spell or an existing mod to perform combat between any race, two NPCs after using the spell , they start a one to one fight. (here if no other NPC involved in the same fight )

I find some ways but not very ideal. such as follows:

2.1 companion attack (this will 1st involve me to trigger the fight, set crime god on player before NPCs combat with each other)

and player(me) need to run away if I want companion to block and fight the target NPCs.

2.2 despositon : relationship with NPC_A, if the value is high

enough, when you combat NPC_B and NPC_A sees it, NPC_A will join the fight and help you fight with NPC_B. but player is also involved in the fight. there is possibility NPC_B turns to me when fighting with NPC_A.

2.3 the frantic or crazy spell set on NPCs, which said if the

NPC's level is below 25, other NPCs around will start attack him.

but this is not easy to control and it has level restrictions.

Any good idea to solve this ? easy command to ..

(start one to one combat between selected NPCs, player excluded )

course I do not like fighting by myself in the game.

like mugen (another mod game engine with high AI ,which also provided AI mode for watching a nice fighting controlled by AIs, while player can get into the battle any time he wants. )

I prefer watching NPC's fighting , and I use TFC mode like a

ghost view to enjoy the AI combat performance.

another command to force NPC combat ;

Yield

Forces the actor to yield to its current target. If their disposition towards the enemy is lower than the actor's aggression they will start combat again.
