Mod help. I can't see the stargate in the CK.

I have the scifi home mod but I won't to move the gate around in the CK. The problem is that the assests are in a BSA and only an " ! " shows in the CK. I unpacked the BSA and now nothing shows. I figure I must be doing something wrong but I'm not sure what. Any ideas? Included below is the original mod.
