Issues with Voices from SexLab

Tried posting this in the support thread but I'm pretty sure it got buried or ignored.  So hoping someone who knows the framework will see this.

Currently playing as Male.

Using Defeat, Submit, TDF to trigger animations (Submit for dialogue options).

 

When playing sex acts, only my male character makes voices, the female is silent.

When Defeat activates with Lydia vs a bandit female (Lydia aggressor) one female voice gets played.

When Defeat activates with Lydia vs a bandit male, only the male's voice is played.

During Arrok 3way, triggered on my character during Defeat, male and female voice is played.

I've tried reinstalling SexLab voices but still keep having same issues as above.  I will try on another save with female PC and see what happens, this is the first time this has happened.  Any advice?

Also used Convenient Horse's script latency to check and I was averaging 65 - 78 ms...so I don't think it's that.
