Draugr T-Pose, I am at a loss

Recommended Posts

So a couple weeks ago I did Bleak Falls Barrow on a (fairly) new playthrough without an issue. On doing the one in Ivarstead tonight, however, I am running into the Draugr T-Pose glitch. The only change between there was I added Better Vampires.

I have tried:

-Running FNIS again.

-Reinstalling Defeat

-Reinstalling Defeat and running FNIS again.

-Resetting Sexlab Animations

-Completely Cleaning and refreshing Sexlab

-Reinstalling Sexlab

-Reinstalling Sexlab and running FNIS again.

-Reinstalling Sexlab and Defeat and running FNIS again.

-Running FNIS again on GP.

-Reinstalling Nude Creatures and running FNIS again.

-Reinstalling FNIS (and running FNIS again)

-Reinstalling FNIS, Sexlab, Nude Creatures, Aroused Animations, Beastiality Extras and running FNIS again.

-Removing Better Vampires (given that was the sole change)

-Cursing loud enough to scare the dog

-Running FNIS again, because why not?

Am considering:

-Human Sacrifice

I checked the console but it did not report anything amiss. Noted the animaiton being used.

Animations are in the correct folder.

Beast animations are on

Other monster animations work correctly, including Wolf, Sabercat, Bear, Spider, and Deathhound recently.

Draugr animations are active.

I am using Sexlab 1.39b

The problem happens both with Matchmaker and with Defeat.

Searching the forums suggested running FNIS (which I have done, no exaggeration, around 15 times tonight) Reinstalling Sexlab, and reinstalling Beastality Extras. I have done everything a search told me to do.

Here is my current load order. Help?

How do I look at that?

Edit: Is it the window info? that says

Hitting consistancy check just pushes up that info.

Okay so after reading your load order there are 2 things I can say :

1) you are one big perv :P but for that I cannot help you

2) you don't have the unofficial patches and that is not a good thing

Then I'm not a FNIS pro but it seems to work well, the only thing I see is that it seems you are not running FNIS Behavior/Spells/Creatures latest version

Maybe you should download it here and update them and run FNIS again !

EDIT - Are you using BOSS for your load order ?

I noticed that this Draugr T-Pose glitch occurs on specific locations/dungeons while on other locations the animations are working fine...

I had the same issue with the draugr in one location I could easily test at (wish I could remember the name it just outside of whiterun where the skelotons spawn and one draugr comes out of the tomb) It now works with version 5.0.2 so you could give the newest version a try.

I will have to apply these fixes in a few hours once kids are asleep and such.

-What unofficial patch do I need? Do you have a recommendation?

-I see you are correct I seem to not have the latest versions I will download the new FNIS and try that.

-I did use BOSS and have it not work. I am unsure if that was before or after I saved that order, however. That was after repeatedly uninstalling and reinstalling things however.

Okay, I will try fleeing that cairn and run into a different one, see if the same thing happens. Bleak Falls Barrow worked before, will see if it works now.

This has been only tested with a single Draugr (one in the Cairn near Ivarsted, who guards the room with the rotating walls which have the pictograms needed to solve the puzzle outside the room and lower the bridge) so once FNIS is updated if still not working I will try elsewhere, BFB as noted to thorgar.

Probably unrelated note, but will mention

Asta (?) in the Eldergleam Sanctuary would only cum inflate, never get pregnant, even with 100% chance of pregnancy and 0% chance of cum inflation. So my game does occasionally have issues with single NPCs that are not indicative of wider issue.

Thanks for the feedback, all of you. Your time and assistance is appreciated.

Success. Updating FNIS has corrected the problem. The figure in question now works correctly.

My heartfelt thanks to those of you who helped me solve my problem. It was very very frustrating.

 Your best answer is a thank you ?! Good one !

Anyway, I'm glad it worked 4 u !

For the unofficial patches, I was talking about Skyrim and the DLC unofficial patches you can find on Nexus or Steam Workshop, they are useful to correct bugs Bethesda didn't manage/want to correct and obviously you will get less CTD if they are installed.

Posted

Less CTDs are a good thing, thank you.

If you really do want less CTD the best tools around are BOSS for load order and TES5Edit for cleaning dirty edits in mods BOSS is pointing to !

BOSS is really easy to use but :

1) does not always do the right load order so you may have to tweak your load order manually because :

2) doesn't know all the mods (oc, there are more than 50,000 Skyrim mods around the web !)

TES5Edit is just a bit harder and you have to use it very carefully, this means following the steps really carefully, but it can clean almost all mods around the web (the ones that need to be cleaned oc)!

Afaik this is the best way to avoid most CTDs and if you ask around to other members you will surely get the same answer.

Now, have fun !  :D
