Consistence problems

When I first starting adding in all these mods I had no problem with them and Skyrim then somehow I must have done something wrong and I could not start a fresh new game so I deleted Skyrim and started all over again and readded my mods. Everything is working expect that now I get 324 possible consistence issues when I run FNIS. Most of them are from AP and 7 are from Zaz resourses. I have tried uninstaling them with NMM and reinstaling them but it does not work. Has eveyone had this problem before and can point me in the right way of fixing this?

Give up on AP. Bad code, not working well with other sex animation mods. If you want a prostitution mod, use Radiant or TDF.
