With extreme effort

 

Believe me when I say I've spent weeks of asking and weeks of plowing through different textures from multiple mods I was recommended and also regarding the list the author has on his webpage of that picture. I eventually got it, close as I'm going to get. 

 

You can either have a companion's which is less fuss than intergrating this look into your character or use the "Saves" preset's and follow instructions it gives on the mods you'll need to turn your character into the starting template: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21038 Stella or Michelle are the general girls I would think look the most closest to that picture.

 

Or start from scratch harder method is to just download http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12951 and then use whatever face/bodies mods on top of that and sculpt away to your hearts content.

Pretty Face, Improved Eyes, Univision face, and Doll face, but no afail getting a close face to it...

Looks like mitsuru kirijo from persona 3 (one great game that I suggest to everybody, I almost finish it, I am at the beginning of january for the ones who knows this game)

I don't know nothing more about a mod with her, sorry for it but I mostly wanted to make some advertisement for it.

The top almost makes me think it's one of the Animetica armors they  have the same glossy look to them and the top looks very familiar though the one that I saw I think had a blue band. Hard to tell for sure with a picture like this where you can't see the whole outfit to be sure.

So I've seen a screenshot of a mostly naked female Orc wearing a bear helmet with the bear arms hanging over her shoulders and covering her breasts, looks like the stormcloak officer helmet but the female version of that doesn't cover the chest. Anyone know what I'm talking about, and have it if you do?
