The hair can be found in Sisgood's hair thread in the downloads section of the non adult mods area... If your looking for the neko-ears, they are from a separate mod, I just don't recall what mod they came with. There are a few hair styles that come with the neko ears already on them but those are the add in ears. Sadly, I can not elaborate or even give a basic idea as to what they are packaged with as I have a skyrim mods file that is currently over 9GB. If I get some time I will try to trace it back and see what mod they come with.

Might as well stop looking for it now lest you drive yourself crazy and live with the fact you might never have it.

With the exception of a few hairs that I felt didn't belong in Skyrim (the really wide pigtails and the american flag hair pins) I believe I have all the hairs included in my thread. If you follow the link at the very top of my thread, most of the hairs have been made stand-alone hairs. So that rocks. Note on the ravenous elegance armor mod: If you use the Oriental Beauty for Women mod you will have skin light enough to pull off this armor.
