I seen a video once where he was showing off a weapon set. (Think it was for Monster Mod Weapons) As soon as he zoomed out on his character it triggered something and "splash" his character was covered in blood instantly. And that blood remained that way thru the video. Any help would be appreciated. Been trying to find this for awhile (would link the video, but i lost the url)
