Could someone aid me please in file/folder placement on how I would swap out the files of one/any girl from here http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21038 extracted out somewhere and then placed carefully into my TES5 Data\ folder and into the right folder directories. e.g. Data\

                                                                                                                                                     textures\

                                                                                                                                                                    actors\ etc blah de dar

 

So I don't end up with things in the wrong place and not working. I don't want to change the body textures/meshes etc of what I already have but DO want to change the face textures/meshes that make up the shape and face of the girl for my main character pretty pretty please? I just want to know if it can be done where you can swap out files of what would normally be a companion to instead be apart of you Main character.

It's funny how I was just testing it out. But in the end I figured that the mod works best as it is, because the esp. file that comes with Girls of Skyrim also uses another mesh folder which the vanilla game doesn't apply. Within that mesh folder is a certain girl's head mesh.

 

What you can do is, back up your .tri files from your meshes folder and overwrite them with the ones from GS, but it won't be as good as you would expect.

 

Or what you can do is just install the All in one version of the mod and download the savegame as well. But that would mean you would start from scratch.

Surfing from 40+ page back and up till this post of LL new interface was no fun at all, not to mention the post reference were all screw-up pretty badly. -_- Hell, I'm even struggling to figure out of replying the post properly. On the plus side however, there are hardly much I've been missing.

 

Enough of my Heimskr-like-incessant-rant, time to answer the LL-er questions.  ;)

Ok, I finally have sort out this mysterious problem that originated from my stupid and careless mistake. All you have to do is unrar the downloaded files, and you will see the "data" folder inside it. If you look into the "data" folder, there is another set of secondary "data" folder. This were the problem that muck-up the mod, as Skyrim won't detect the esp because of wrong folder path. All you have to do is to cut out the 2nd "data" folder and paste it into the 1st  "data" folder (the mod in question, not Skyrim data folder) overwrite anything that prompt-up and re-rar it back, and use NMM, or your personal choice of mod manager to install the mod; or simply just install it manually by placing it into Skyrim "data" folder and make sure the esp was inside Skyrim data folder and double check if you have properly tick it on Skyrim data files in Skyrim launcher or whatever God-only-know mod manager your using.

 

Type help wjun again in the console and it should properly display all of the 3 items; the armour, boots, and gun. I think it's craftable reported by TESnip, but I'm to sleepy right now to confirm it.

player.additem xx000D68 1  <--- wjun lady gun

player.additem xx000D6C 1  <--- wjun lady boots
player.additem xx000D63 1  <--- wjun lady armour

It's a poser animation as you can see in many of VictoriaG picture, not a dual wield animation. I don't use it because it will conflict with PCEA; I hope someday they can make compatibility patch or something that can make this 2 great mods to co-exist. Also, dualsun have another dual animation that look almost sort of your posted picture if that fancy your interest. It's the 2nd dual wield animation on the list, and it has an extra pose.

I believe the shield from the lower image comes from a mod called Jaysus Swords, it can be found on Nexus.

I'd like to kow what armor the woman with that shield has though, looks awesome :P

I think that hair is part of the SG hair pack which is a mod that was only released for the Naver community only o-o I could be wrong though.

I doubt anyone would be kind enough to share :/

I think I saw a SG female pack somewhere I know it wasn't from naver I think I saw it on 3dmgame.com site.


@Derpyhooves the first outfit might be a custom transplant that someone did for themselves and never uploaded it the outfit is from oblivion and is called the lv dress.

WOW! Many thanks Impossibru! Just a quick question though, I look into the Huajian Sword meshes folder and found that it been missing the nif files, both of them, although it has the 1st person nif files. Would someone be kind and check it for me because I can't access to Skyrim right now.  :)

on your first picture the Shiki_Armor_Yukikaze mod.. i can only find the armor, boot and gauntlets do you know the player.additem codes for the helmet / hat and others..

 

btw thanks for the poses / idles links..

 

Your most welcome. About the Shiki Armour, assuming that you and I got the very same files, I've checked, there is no helmet or other stuff packed with it. It's has just like what you were posting, a cuirass, pair of boots, and a gauntlets. You can also check the meshes of the mod to determine what exist and whatnot. The 2nd picture that you see from my post, were most definitely come from another mod (I thought it was R18Pn 00 - Heilige Mutter Armour at 1st, but it wasn't). It also wasn't present in Lineage Accessory though.

 

Speaking of which, where does this beret come from actually?
