Well whatever is causing his game to ctd when trying to wear the outfits. I would say it's not from what he doesn't have it's from what he does have on his game. I have no tbbp/bbp and I checked out many of the outfits I get no ctd when putting them on. It's not really the tbbp/bbp that I don't like it's what usually goes with the them that I don't care for like huge to Dixie dynamite size breasts. I never tried to remove bbp/tbbp so I wouldn't know.

Don't you usually need a .esp to go with it or are you trying to add/replace something in the set? Also I think if you are adding/changing armor for a existing set you need to add them through ck I believe. Also by looking at it isn't there suppose to be a  plain .dds file and a n.dds I tried rendering using nifskope and wont render it at all?

Surfing from 40+ page back and up till this post of LL new interface was no fun at all, not to mention the post reference were all screw-up pretty badly.   -_- Hell, I'm even struggling to figure out of replying the post properly. On the plus side however, there are hardly much I've been missing.

Ok, I finally have sort out this mysterious problem that originated from my stupid and careless mistake. All you have to do is unrar the downloaded files, and you will see the "data" folder inside it. If you look into the "data" folder, there is another set of secondary "data" folder. This were the problem that muck-up the mod, as Skyrim won't detect the esp because of wrong folder path. All you have to do is to cut out the 2nd "data" folder and paste it into the 1st  "data" folder (the mod in question, not Skyrim data folder) overwrite anything that prompt-up and re-rar it back, and use NMM, or your personal choice of mod manager to install the mod; or simply just install it manually by placing it into Skyrim "data" folder and make sure the esp was inside Skyrim data folder and double check if you have properly tick it on Skyrim data files in Skyrim launcher or whatever God-only-know mod manager your using.

 

Type help wjun again in the console and it should properly display all of the 3 items; the armour, boots, and gun. I think it's craftable reported by TESnip, but I'm to sleepy right now to confirm it.

Can't get the main armor to work properly, the body turns invisible.Any fix ?

1st of all, I am not a nif or CK wizard.    :blush:   I've check with nifskope; the PF_EDITOR_VISIBLE and PF_START_NET_BONESET are both flagged, and the Body Part were set to SBP_32_BODY, as well as in CK the Biped Object were set to 32 - BODY. I don't know what is wrong and even use the meshes for CBBE slim to compare and not surprisingly, I turn into a hollow lady too. I'll see what I can do this evening but don't expect a miracle, and in all of honesty, this armour meshes nodes, is one too many.    -_-

Hey, thanks for all these links, I however cant get the armor or hair mod to work, how do i install those? I have them downloaded, and i extracted to the data folder, but i dont know where to buy the armor, or if its even in the game? i tried additem, but it said script not saved for the item numbers he had listed on his armor site.

 

You must enter showracemenu in the console or using this to be able to change the desired hair. About the armour, you must install CHSBHC mods and the BBP pack first, if not, you will get CTD when you try to equip the armour. For technical support of using CHSBHC, you can direct your question to the thread that I provided above, whether here in LL or Nexus.

 

Do you check the armour is even ticked on your Data Files Skyrim Launcher? Check your SkyrimPrefs.ini in your My Game/Skyrim folder. Under [Launcher], add this if not present, "bEnableFileSelection=1" without the quote. Is the folder path were correct? Double check everything if you install manually, it should ask, depending on your OS, whether to merge the data folder upon paste. Make sure the .esp file were inside the data folder of Skyrim.

 

The Heavy Metal and Skull Armour were originated from Tera Armour that can be found here in LL and Nexus site of course. Most of it were made for UNP body and many has been re-mesh into CBBE body type (Nexus site). If this your first experience of Skyrim, I would suggest to use either of them (not both of them at the same time) to familiarize yourself with Skyrim modding. As for CHSBHC, not to discourage or belittle, but there will bound to be some nasty problem such like, neck, hand, and leg seem, improper installation of skeleton and BBP pack and many sort of terrible nightmare that you don't want to know right now. Better leave it to your 2nd play-through or after you gain a significant understanding of Skyrim modding mechanics compare to your current state. Once again I can't stress this enough, I made those comment without any sort of ill-intention or malicious cause.    :angel:  

 

You can always start off Skyrim with SKSE and SkyUI, throwing in some weapons pack and vanilla armour mods or it's re-textures, and go deeper from there.    :)  CBBE-type armour has been about longer than other body-type, therefore a quick search in the maze of net-sphere would yield you an abundance of armour that fly under Caliente banner, while in UNP-type armour you can find a variety of unique and some of the highest quality of armour out there and not to mention, plenty of tutorial of how-to in the youtube or Skyrim forums.

Yeah that is what I was going to say after reading his post 9x out of 10 when you put a armor and you get a ctd it means the armor has something stupid on it like tbbp/bbp and without the needed things to wear it you'll get a ctd when you try to put it on. Why did he put tbbp on this set I have no clue he has never put it on any of his other work pity guess it'll go into the thrash I guess.

3.) the mods i use i have a hair mod to add more hairs a race mod a few weapon mods. And armor mods along with beautiful whiterun. Better vampires. And different idles like changing the way i pull my weapons out so i look more AWESOME

 

But i do have one i think is stuck. I de activated it but it won't leave my game. It's sweety beauty pack or something. And when i went to try to use a different face pack. It doesnt work and now its just a mess

Well, in case that you have used a face pack that contains loose files besides one or more esp files. Beyond the matter that you deactivated the esp file/s of the previous face pack and later you overwite the meshes and textures with a new face pack, that could be a bit a problem for the reason that probably your new face pack uses vanilla head mesh instead a custom head mesh as also probably your new face pack use vanilla tri and chargen files instead custom files that could have been left from the previous face mod. Also, you could just try to use showracemenu console command to refresh and load the new chargen and makeup files from the new face mod, because your character savegame could be still keeping information from the previous chargen.

1: Most body mods these days contain this: http://www.skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26800 or as list bits of it. A lot of Anime style poses have this as well: http://www.skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11064

 

2: Find out what mod that was installed that's still in the way if possible, extract/install it somewhere separate manually that's not in Skyrim and can be easily deleted after. Open it up follow the path of folders it creates and any of the files it leaves in those folders (Only files which were installed). All the locations remember these write it down if you can and then delete those exact files but not the folders from your /Data folder of Skyrim. This is a fussy way but sometimes easier if no mistakes are made!

If all else fails last resort to (This is a complete clean and returns Skyrim to Vanilla use), uninstall all your mods from NMM or whatever mod manager you maybe using... Once you done that you can goto your /Data folder in your Skyrim directory wherever it's installed usually here C:\steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\ . (Warning this is a last resort and only attempt at your own risk!) This will wipe everything that was manually installed usually! Delete both textures and meshes folders . ( I don't have Hearthfire installed so don't delete anything named as such! ) A whole complete clear wipe will require you to delete all the folders and files that are not listed here:

Hey guys, if I may throw my own request into this monster of a thread... 
I had a mod, I think I got it here, but I couldn't find it when I searched, it was a mod where lingerie and panties were placed on almost every female npc and if you looted one you would get a quest to steal / acquire as many panties as possible. What is this mod? Or really any mod that would add removable underwear to most female npcs. Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know if there's a CBBE version of Vindictus' wonderland armor? I downloaded a set a while back and even though the majority of the set seemed to fit well, the most important piece didnt fit well. So i'm assuming its not designed for CBBE. So does anyone know of one designed for CBBE? Or is there anyone skilled enough to convert the set i have to CBBE?

Would my saves be deleted? And i've tried looking in the pack and going to data to remove what was in the pack and it won't work. Also would i be able to re use a clean NMM after i cleaned skyrim like you said? And i just dont delete dawnguard and hearthfire? (Since i have those)

 

Save games will be safe, they should be installed somewhere else like in your Documents folder. BBBut what could happen is you may end up getting Crash To Desktop if you follow above mentioned. It's not always the case :) but a lot of mods really do mod up your game to the point where. If you saved game while that mod was installed then later delete it because you didn't like it screws whatever saves you made while that mod was there. :/ It's stupid but it happens. For me I just make particular saves where I know when and what mod I installed so I can go back on myself as backup with no hassle when I uninstall a mod. To fix a CTD I only know that you need to keep going through your previous save games until it doesn't crash, someone else will/may know differently to another method other than this...

 

Do Not Delete Anything named Hearthfire.esm or Hearthfire.bsa same for Dawnguard.esm and Dawnguard.bsa. DO NOT DELETE anything within the folders/files that remain in the /Data folder as shown in the picture I made. (If that's working btw lol? for some reason imgur.com doesn't always work here)

 

NMM should work at anytime.

 

Skyrim can be file checked by Steam to see if it's working and has correct files etc or whatever it does when re-caching, this is another way before having to resort to a complete and utter uninstallation.

 

But like many things you may endup having to go back to square one and re-install your whole game as well as NNM just to be 100% sure everything is GONE :P. Don't delete your mods which you downloaded using NNM which will be located inside where you installed NMM (Backup/move your mods so you can put them back later). Just remember the ones that broke your game in the first place to never install those!

Your profile says nothing so I picked one honest mistake. Sorry. Your save files are not stored with your skyrim folders they are kept in a different area usually your game folder under c:/ that is where mine are stored. Tried out all of the outfit and accessories from his mod and none caused a ctd.

It is not a esp/ck issue. I am awared of the process, It is an internal problem in the meshes. You are not helping.

 

 

Can be solved through CK. Use partition body 34. Or edit the meshes to change the body partitions.
