It's not a mod but it's very easy to do, just click the npc then type target.addtofaction SexLabSavedVoices -1 in the skyrim console.

That should reset the voice for your npc.

Well that function is also integrated via MCM menu in Sexlab Cumshot, which is a pretty nice mod to have.

Should be open console and target NPC with cursor and click, make sure NPC is selected. Enter "addtofaction SexLabSavedVoices -1"

with the help of this thread I figured out that you actually have to type the ID of the faction, and not the actual name of the faction.

 

doing a help search for "sexlab npc saved voices" I found that the ID is d0592ec

 

so you actually target the npc in console and type:          addtofaction d0952ec -1

With the current version of Sexlab just place the crosshairs on the NPC you want to change, hit the "N" key to select them in Sexlab and then you can open the Sexlab MCM Menu and set their voice using the menu.
