Update: I never did get this working. If anyone else wants try, feel free but this is pretty much scrapped until I get my current projects finished.

This was inspired by the WoW mage table spell. It adds a table with special food outside of the Bannered Mare. Food should respawn between 10 - 31 days while you are outside of Whiterun.

This is probably the final version unless I figure out how to make a blue flying table.
Working on ideas for flying blue table and faster respawn.
