I am having weird texture issues with walls in certain areas such as mansion buildings. You see can see through the wall. Nmc Fallout 3 and Fallout NV are installed. And yes I did acrhive invalidate, all of the other texture mods are working fine.

It's not a texture issue it's ENB,

Talk to the author of the ENB to fix it. I'm not sure what the exact fix is for this, but it's happened to me using FNV ENB presets for Fallout 3. I reported it to the author and he took a look at it and released a fix version. And that's the most common place for it to happen. It too happened to me in Tenpenny and in My Mansion mod as it uses the same walls in the hidden trophy area.

My concern lately is finding a ENB preset that works compatible with both for TTW.

Yeah, it's ENB, I was having issues with water taking up half my screen and looking ugly and such whenever I was near a body of water such as Rivet City and such.  What I did was go with ENB version 194 and using an older version of the 4GB modified exe launcher as the newest 4GB one does not work with said ENB version.

Here is the older 4GB exe launcher that works with the version of ENB I'm playing with and it has been good for the most part, it's included with this ENB mod.  I'm using this ENB as well and it's pretty good on hardware, before I got my GTX 770 4GB, I was gaming on a GTX 650 Ti 2GB and managed to play at a comfortable 45+ FPS @1080p (I game on my 55" HDTV).  Now, my GTX 770 is always above 60 FPS (because of TV being 60Hz).  Even though this ENB mod says to use 173, don't that's the one that is giving trouble and 194 works great with this ENB mod along with the included 4GB launcher.

Lastly, this specific ENB preset along with the included 4GB launcher and using ENB 194 works good with TTW.

You have to turn off Antiasliasing, Anisotropic FIltering and tick off Water Displacement in the Fallout settings so you don't get that water glitch. It's best to do it in FOMM>game settings.

I did that, but the ENB version I was using (173) was still causing those things to happen, when I installed version 194, it worked much better along with that specific 4GB launcher.  Also, my face would disapear too and only see my characters eyeballs and mouth, it was creepy, lol.

ick! the hidous invisible face revealing your true beauty. Happened to me after I had created a new character. I thought it was my plugin going crazy. Thought it wasn't too happy with the amount of presets it had. Also happed in Skyrim with the one of the latests versions. I think this same glitchy one was the same one that caused the edges of the water to look white. Had to downgrade back to an earlier version.

Same here, I looked over my load order many times until I started messing with the ENB versions themselves and found it was that, also the latest version of ENB don't work with the latest version of the 4GB launcher, so I used an older version that came with an ENB I'm using in TTW and works good too.

I had a similar issue with New Vegas that was caused because I had way too many mods installed. Do you have any other texture issues, or is it just this particular bug?
