Emberheart Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 There's this old mod I never quite polished for release, but which was 90% finished. It allows you to stake vampires in the heart with a wooden stake, turning them to dust much in the manner they do in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series. Conditions for staking a vampire were that you had to knock them off ballance with a block bash, before rapidly staking them. Alternately you can also stake them by means of a sneak attack, staking them while they are down on the ground, while they are asleep or when they are cowering and curled up. Kinky Posted March 4, 2014 Posted March 4, 2014 Its cool but its happening to fast... there should be animation of them grabbing the stake before turning to dust or at least some delay (2 seconds at least) before turning to dust...

firepower02 Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Just wondering, what happens to vampire's clothes if they get dusted? You won't have anything to loot? I have seen every buffy episode. I think it's more akin to buffy if there's nothing to loot. There's an episode where buffy targets a vampire and you can clearly see it wasn't right in the heart, but the vampire was dusted anyway. There's also an episode where spike was staked by riley but he didn't dust, although it was only plastic wood. That would mean vampires can be killed by staking thru the heart with a wood, but if they get stabbed in other places besides the heart, they would survive it. The lore in buffy is constantly changing.
cloudedsun Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 Obviously the clothes rarely change on a vampire, so I'd assume they're immortal too, so that means they're vampires too.. So, they both die. Blood sucking clothes... BTW, I would love the first one. Buffy. <3
