Floating weapons, flying humans

Only dead bodies I find are stiff. Enemies I kill are normal. I'm using HGEC for my default body, setbody for my PC and companions, and roberts v52 for males. The stiff corpse problem affects both male and female.

Trying your modified skeleton would be great  :) thanks

Ah, that explains it better! I think that is sort of normal. A placed as dead body in-game is always stiff.

My skels will have no affect on that.

@ rynak777 - I've on rare occasion seen the spinning sword too, but very rare and not in a very long time.

And part of your last post brought something back to memory.

More Past Observations

1. If you open a dead NPC's inventory, one that has a floating weapon, the weapon shows as there in inventory, and equipped.

2. If you take the weapon out of their inventory, the floating weapon seems to be retracted into inventory, effectively creating a new copy of the weapon. Weird.

3. If you use RaperS and necro rape the same NPC from 1, the weapon is placed back on the dead NPC, sometimes in hand, sometimes sheathed. (Not 100% sure on the last part, been a while since I did any necro-raping.)

4. Floating weapons also occur with Essential NPCs that go unconscious. As soon as they recover the weapons are typically auto-placed back in hand if an aggressor is still nearby.

I also don't recall ever trying to move a dead NPC with a floating weapon. Usually when/where that occurs I try to leave the area as it is usually/almost always rift with a potential CTD. (If I leave the cell and return, with weapons no longer floating, potential CTD issues are near always resolved.)

EDIT: Moved one about 2 body lengths and the weapon stays where it was floating and does not move.

Keep in mind I use Adrenaline Oblivion and my PC is at level 52 or so. The areas I've done most testing/experimenting of this are extremely heavy with NPCs. One of the worst areas is Rockmilk Cave. I will almost always CTD, at some point in there, and due largely to the number of NPCs, animations triggering and floating weapons.
