I am having the same problem, though it mostly affects only when I am not using a prefab body (CBBE, NP, etc pre-generated). I normally use BodySlide, so my animations don't line up very nicely. Since this question has been asked here, I'll throw in my question as well: What software would I need to edit existing / create my own animations for SexLab?

nutluck Posted February 25, 2014 Posted February 25, 2014 It is a well known issue and just something you learn to live with. If you use the hot keys you can quickly adjust the positions and normally next time they line up better.

You can move them up/down, left right, forward/back with the L, :, " keys and holding the shift to go the other way. K switches which actor is being moved. I forget what all the key do, some rotate everyone etc. There is a number of keys though depending on exactly how much and what direction you need to move things.
