Random and Sudden Death

This weird bug started when i got attacked by one of the Death hounds while in Redwater Den and at the top left side of the screen it said that i was about to die by magic and then i just keeled over while my health bar was full.

I initially ignored it thinking it was a simple error. but then it happened again while being attacked by a magic using draugr. And most recently when i was attacked by a wolf. Ive even went as far as turning on god mode but i still die. could someone please help?

Should be better if you attach your mods load order as well.

I've had the same happen to me, but it started after installing SD+ 1.12, uninstalled that and it stopped.
