Ingun Black-Briar Posted December 31, 2011 Posted December 31, 2011 And ... hey again! I have a kinda noobish question, and I hope there's one among you who can help me. I use both RaperS (gangbang version) and Joburg in my game although I'd really like to "merge" the two mods because there are things I like and then there are some things I don't like about using both. Joburg, for instance, doesn't have (to my knowledge at least) a setting that can exclude the (female) player character from being raped, and it becomes very annoying very quickly. I'm more into NPCs doing each other, and that's why I love Joburg's "Punish Them!" command. So, yeah. What I'm really looking for, I guess, is a script similar to "Punish Them!" that works as a spell without the "open menu" bit. I'd also love to be able to mark individual NPCs as "rape bait" (wow, I'm starting to feel really weird writing all this stuff, lol ... especially since I'm female irl 0_o) so other NPCs would autonomously bang them until I get tired of it. Extra bonus if rape victims don't act like nothing ever happened and run away screaming instead. That's kinda one of my pet peeves with the Lovers mods. We got tons of options and animations but nothing does ever have an effect on the NPCs we abuse, they just get up and smile and have a nice chat with their rapist. I would be really grateful if there's a scripter out there who can help me make it work; because I'm such an utter noob and I fail at untangling the many, many scripts included with Lovers. Oh, and also I have a pretty kinky idea for an all new questline that I'm going to create as soon as I got the hang of it. Erm. Yeah. Okay, that was long. Sorry. If any of you feels like looking into that for me I'd owe you one!
broken_wings Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 cant help much, havent played oblivion for a long while now, but i think i remember that u can set joburg, attacker levels, player level to 0 from the menus to have it so joburg doesnt target the player
Uriel Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 I'll try my skillz on this punish spell. Goin to do it as a separate .esp, so people will be able to use it with other Joburgs.

Though for some reason I recall it saying "Leader" in my version. Set it to 0 and you should never be targeted. I did the opposite when I was playing Oblivion. I set it to where my female character was the ONLY one ever targeted for rape. Ahh...fun times...WE NEED CONSTRUCTION KIT FOR SKYRIM DAMNIT! Woooops...sowwy.

I'm having a blonde moment. Leader, is it? I guess that explains why I was never able to figure this out.... Thanks, you guys!
Uriel Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Damn, i'm good (and very surprised that it works) http://www.mediafire.com/?um9r34k72cvdhi5 Load after regular Joburg. Will add "Joburg Mark Victim" spell. Same effect as "Punish em!" choice, but no menus.
Ingun Black-Briar Posted January 3, 2012 Author Posted January 3, 2012 Ohhhh! I'm so gonna test this later today! Kudos to you!!
canthics Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Joburg already has a feature that lets you set a heat multiplier on one individual, it just never gets used partly due to improper translation. Through the NPC spell you can "designate stalker" on one NPC. Ignore the dialogue that says they are prohibited from sex; they are not. What it does is mark that NPC to use the specific stalker settings that you can set in the option menu. Crank it up and you will have someone who will attract more attention than most, zero it and that person is exempt from stalking. Joburg SHOULD also have the ability to set heat multipliers for individuals, but that part of the script seem to be broken in the English version and has been for a long time.
Ingun Black-Briar Posted January 3, 2012 Author Posted January 3, 2012 Well, that explains about everything. Thank you! I'm currently going through the scripts to find out if I can fix the missing functions. However, I'm still utterly confused by the menu translations. Could you perhaps enlighten me as to what the settings are *meant* to do? Leader = Player, correct? Companion = Player's companions? Stalker = not actually a stalker but an especially attractive NPC? And what is a Special NPC? *blinks* I already fixed the libido settings menu as that was wrong, too. "Men -> Women" really means how much WOMEN are attracted to men, it's less confusing when switched. Guess I can as well give this a complete overhaul if only I figured out what it meant to do 0_o
Guest Donkey Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Special NPC are Essential NPC who can't die Leader is player Companion are player companions Stalker are stalkers it depends what version your using, the one from lovers Joburgh extender has the menu fully fixed. This link should answer some of your questions. http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=80 Oops looks like never made download link available for joburg extender http://www.loverslab.com/showthread.php?tid=389 This should point you out to it.

canthics Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 Actually, the stalkers in the menu aren't the same as the stalkers in the script who follow people around. They are purely designated by the Joburg NPC spell and there can only be one designated at any given time. They have a separate and additional heat multiplier that is counted in addition to the other features such as gender and whether they are essential. True, they can be prohibited from being stalked and stalking themselves, but they can also be set to be particularly susceptible to being stalked or stalking. A better way to describe them would be as a special class that is user defined. They are whatever the hell you want them to be. I personally crank up the stalker attack settings way up and use them exactly was what you seem to want to do - as rapebait.
Guest Donkey Posted January 3, 2012 Posted January 3, 2012 yes i think i changed it to observer in the extender version, since that is what i could make of it from the scripts translation. but extender is different then the one from Ashal v1.17 so i am unsure what they changed in it.
beck11 Posted January 4, 2012 Posted January 4, 2012 Got your PM. Tbh honest after I did that guide my PC crapped out and I was not able to play Oblivion properly again so I dont remember most of the stuff. Perverted greetings I think means that sometimes you would get a random comment from NPCs or companions, usually sexual in nature i.e "You're such a slut" or in case of companions they would detail their current state of "wetness". Basically, a random bunch of unvoiced dialogue that plays like regular greetings when you pass by NPCs and guards.

Still waiting to be able to replace my crapped out harddisk. I installed the Lovers/Joburg Extended version yesterday which has an improved interface over the original version I was using, and it also helped me to figure out this "perverted greetings" stuff. I can't believe I didn't even know this existed until Donkey pointed it out to me! I think I shall open a thread dedicated to the different Joburgs as I have the feeling there are so many versions around that it's hard to keep track of what's been done and what needs work. Did I mention I'm a perfectionist? Ahem. Thanks for your response!
