Please help me remove H cups

I'm no stranger to mods in Fallout 3, Oblivion and Skyrim.  Right now I probably run close to 40 mods with Skyrim and got them all to cooperate nicely once I deleted a few of the more troublesome ones.

 

Here's my problem.  I use Caliente's "CBBE" body and texture mod.  I originally installed the H-cup version just for grins, but it looks so freakish I cannot take it any more.  So I reinstalled to the more moderate "Vanilla" version that gives females a nice shape without looking like they'll drag their nipples on the ground.

 

That fixed 99% of the female avatars in the game, except for the named NPCs.  Like Delphine, Irileth, Lydia, Vex, and just about every other female quest NPC I have run into.

 

I've deleted the female .nif skeleton files in /mesh/actors/character assets female and forced Steam to reinstall, then reinstalled CBBE.

 

I also reset Archive Invalidation just in case.

 

Every other NPC in the game looks just fine, except for the named/quest females who look like granny Mabel after she bungee jumped.

 

Any ideas on how I can reset the named bodies without completely starting over with this many mods I'd have to reinstall?  TIA

Now, are you talking about their nude or clothed bodies? Because no female NPC in the vanilla game uses their own unique body. Whatever your installed nude body is, they'll have it as well.

 

I don't have enough information from you to go much further than this, but I suspect you've installed an armor/clothing replacer that is to blame for their... endowments.

I'm talking about clothed.  So if every other nude body in the game, including my character, is fine it must be some armor thing.

 

That's more easily handled than removing all my mods.  I'll disable armor mods and start the game until I find the culprit.  Thanks!

Now I'm at my wits end again.  I've disabled/enabled mods and loaded the game until I've gone through my mod list.  I think there has to be one remaining texture in my game folders that I've missed.  It's not a mod that shows on NMM.  And I'm pretty sure it's female leather.

 

If I delete all female leather textures (if I can locate them in the folders) would it be too hard to recover them?

If its an armor mesh you have then disabling the .esp will not remove it.  Deleting the textures will not solve it either as it is a mesh.  You need to figure out which armour mesh is the culprit and delete or replace it form \Skyrim\Data\Meshes\armor or \Skyrim\Data\Meshes\clothes.

Armor replacer mods don't work like most mods do, they don't need an ESP because they're just overwriting the vanilla game's files. You'll have to totally uninstall them.

are you using mod organizer? can be left side load order, if its that, move desired working good meshes (your body type, unpb,cbbe,dreamgirl,etc) to last one at order (drag and drop there), i guess will fix.

Yeh, this was my operating premise for most of this.  That was my focus on the subfolders in Data.

I cleaned up my data/meshes and /textures folder as best I could, but still had the issue.  My ultimate solution was to download and install UNP body and the UNP armor replacers - a move I have been wanting to make for a long time, anyway.  I think it finally got rid of the unsightly ginormous boobies in my game, but we shall see.

 

I appreciate all of the advice and took notes.  I've had a Skyrim game running constantly since release in November 2011.  And since I'm such a mod whore, my folders have gotten overly cluttered with old mods I never completely removed/cleaned up.  That made this situation even harder to suss out, but who likes housekeeping?
