Imported UNPB Hands into Blender - Don't Look Proportional

Hello folks. I've just stared poking around with the Skyrim modding. I modified the UNPB body for import into blender (11/34,shader changes). I successfully imported the body_0 into blender. I then started learning to work with in blender, etc. When I imported the feet and hands, they didn't look proportional to the body. I did some poking around and according to some mod tutorials, you don't need 1st person hands. You use the normal hands for 1st person.

I then looked in Caliente's meshes and he has 1st person hands and "3rd" person hands. On top of this, as stated before, the UNPB hand's mesh I imported from the download UNPB Body Bain Installer v2-5-2 Fix-37900-2-5-2 so it should be good. So are the abnormally large hands, in proportion to the imported UNPB body, normal or do I need a different mesh to import?

Also, the hands and feet were slightly off from the body. This seems to be normal from various posts so I just moved the body forward a wee bit to match the edges (I did not merge them in case any one wonders). Is this normal?

Lastly, do I need to import hands and feet when just working on torso armor?
