Crashes in Three Sisters inn

Lydia proposes to have some fun, casts a spell and ... the game crashes.

First time I tried that, suddenly CMpartners menu popped up 0_o

Then the game crashed. Now it just crashes (i tried changing load order)

Could be a lot of things but I can tell you for sure that unfortunately CM partners & CLS are not compatible (don't take a companion with CLS, it'll be against immersion).

 

Try again, check if the issue still exists with mods disabled, if yes, we can check your savegame.

I had this problem but fixed it by taking off my clothes manually before starting the scene.

Ok so you have some sort of scripted clothes/underwear that prevents the cutscene to strip you down. Maybe a quest item like the scamp staff?

I played CLS with CM partners active and had no trouble. Just didn't take any with me during the quests.

Yes, that helped me too. I tried disabling various mods, changing load order and googled alot, and finally read somewhere that stripping the character manually helped to overcome similar CTD problem with CLS somewhat further along the storyline, so I tried this, and it worked.

 

I mostly take my companions for dungeon crawling, they're staying at the inns while I'm on my CLS business.
