Most of them have 2 topics to talk about, max. 10 lines and barely any personality at all. Maybe a 3rd topic if they're quests NPCs but that mostly consist of them telling you to go to go somewhere, kill a monster/get an item and come back to get 500 gold and a big "You're not useful to me anymore so fuck off". Well it's quite a valid point. I mean there isn't much voiced lines for most of the NPCs besides usually a short quest dialogue. But this is a game development flaw of Skyrim, when you have a huge expansive world to flesh out, you can't really focus on the little things. But the ones which I did mention made some snarky comments or had interesting lines of dialogue, which made them appeal to me. It's a lot better than your generic "female young eager" sex doll that you can get from the nexus.

I hadn't actually tried it, but I had been tracking it for when I would go through the questline again, and I think the author said something about adding Astrid, too.
