spaceloryy Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago I'm trying to make a pre-op trans male Sim and want to give him boobs. I *think* this setting is responsible? I've managed to do it before, which is where this screenshot is from. However, when I try to do it on another Sim, the setting will be stuck at 'No' and I can't change it. Can anyone tell me what setting this is and how to make it editable?
