Can’t draw a weapon after AAF scene

So after an AAF scene, I regain control of my character. I can move, talk, etc., but I can’t draw a weapon or shoot. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? Thx

Go to the console

 

enter this DIEL

 

If you have a layer that DOESN'T say "None"

take note of the Layer number and:

 

enter this RIEL #  where # is the number you just took note of

if there is more than one locked layer, repeat for each locked layer

 

while this is a quick fix, you will still need to find out why your setup is doing this

Return to "The Fucking Manual" and make sure you haven't missed a step
