And I would spend a bottle of beer if it could be persisted... I implemented that in the past in MariaEden for SE but doing that in Papyrus is to slow. Sooo the newest update now live lets you place objects anyway you like and are persistent for obvious reasons I cannot 100% say that as some mods will undo that save unbaker being one of them. For the solid background on object I could of done it but it would of been very jank because of how the game handles 3d objects previewed in the menu and your inventory it basically places the item in the world to show it on screen so a solid back ground wouldnt work for it.
zaira Posted Saturday at 08:24 AM Posted Saturday at 08:24 AM With persistency I meant across new games. My old mod stored the spawn instructions into json files named with the location editor id, and next time when the player enter the location for the first time, the mod spawns the objects automatically. I called the quest “Bob the builder”. Similar to SkyPatcher. I restricted it to locations rather than cells to reduce the load and only locations have a property that reflects if the user enter the location for the first time. Unfortunately many locations in pampas are excluded this way but it anyway would look odd to spawn when entering a cell, because you can look into neighbour cells. I never ported it to Skyrim SE because it was a Papyrus based solution, slow and clunky

zaira Posted Saturday at 11:45 AM Posted Saturday at 11:45 AM But you can send a mod Event, so a companion mod can do that

Peepo4 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago As has been stated looks like a good alternative to modex. So far I always returned back to the old "Add item menu" as alternatives did lack in one way or another (mostly ease of navigation). This one so far does work well. That said a git source or any form would be appreciated.
