When a spouse walks in on public WickedWhims sex, what should happen?

1. Secret only. They expose it later.
2. Immediate betrayal. Romance drops, Jealous, Angry. (v1.2.0)
3. The relationship ends.
4. Spouse and stranger get the same reaction.

WooHoo in public already writes a Secret. WickedWhims sex does not. Same lot, same adults, and the notebook only cares about one of them.

Public Sex Scandal waits until the scene is over, then writes that same Secret. One scene, one Secret. A group is one Secret. No adult witness, no scandal. Young Adult, Adult, and Elder only. A child or teen in the act means nothing is written.

A spouse or partner loses a step of romance and friendship, and gets Jealous and Angry. Family and friends lose friendship. A rival is briefly Confident. A stranger is briefly Shocked. The pair in the act do not lose romance with each other.

Royalty & Legacy: the real Public WooHoo secret, so that pack's blackmail can use it. This mod does not move simoleons. Get Famous: a small reputation ding, celebrities only. Neither pack: Embarrassed, and the notice "Public Sex — Secret written."

Does not include WickedWhims. Does not touch sex animations. If TurboDriver ships their own scandal switch and turns it on, this stands down.

v1.2.0 files the scandal and hits the spouse immediately. Too much, or should the spouse only learn the secret and decide later?
