What it is
Nyx has started selling tarot at Mutatio, in booster packs. Collect one card of each of the twenty-two Major Arcana, in whatever mix of decks you like, and you have a deck of your own. Draw a single card from it before you sleep and the card decides how tomorrow finds you: a buff or a debuff to Charm, Fitness or Intellect for the whole of the next day, then it lifts. Every card can come up reversed, and reversed usually means the opposite. The Empress makes you a little more of everything. The Tower takes the thing you were proudest of. Death is not the one people think.

Requirements
X-Change Life 0.25.9 or newer. Two files are required: Nyx's Tarot and Nyx's Tarot-Media (the Core decks). The other six deck packs are optional; add the ones you want and their decks appear on Nyx's tray.

Buying cards

• Bronze booster, $50: three cards, each with a small chance of coming out holographic.
• Silver booster, $120: five cards, and one of them is an arcana you do not hold yet, while any are left.
• Gold booster, $250: seven cards, and at least one of them catches the light.
• A sealed deck, $2,200: all twenty-two cards of one deck, standard print, for people who would rather pay than wait.
• Doubles sell back to Nyx. She never takes your last copy of anything.

Opening a pack
The packet sits on the counter. Drag across the top with your finger or your mouse to tear the foil strip off, watch it come away in a puff of smoke, and then turn each card over one at a time. If you would rather not, there is Reveal all, Skip, and a setting that lays every pack out flat from then on.

Your own deck
Twenty-two slots, one per arcana. Any card you own goes in any slot, from any deck, in either finish, so a deck can be all Goth or a different girl on every card. It draws only once every slot is filled. Any deck you hold every card of can also be drawn from as it is, and a one-click fill finishes your deck from a complete set.

The decks
Fifty-eight decks of Major Arcana art in the style of Alphonse Mucha, twenty-two cards and a back each, in seven packs:

• Core (required): X-Change, Summer City 2077, Goth, Pastel Goth, Bimbo, Hucow, MILF.
• Fantasy: Elves, Fairies, Mermaids, Witches, Angels, Goddesses, Stained Glass.
• Dark Fantasy: Vampires, Werewolf, Succubi, Ghosts, Knights, Barbarians, Pirates.
• Monster Girls: Cat Girls, Dog Girls, Horse Girls, Bunny Girls, Slime Girls, Monster Girls, Aliens, Giantess, Tentacles.
• Uniforms: Nurses, Maids, Cheerleaders, Sorority, Strippers, Yoga, Beach, Rave, Cowgirls.
• Looks: Asian, Latina, Black, Redheads, Gyaru, Tattooed, Muscular, Latex, Shibari.
• Explicit: Porn, Anal, Cum Dumps, Sluts, Pissing, Feet, Lesbian, Femboy, and BLACKED and CUCKED, which only go on sale when the matching mod is loaded.

Holographic cards
Purely cosmetic, and the reason people keep buying packs. They come out of boosters, and they also turn up tucked behind the X-Change trading card in a pill pack or with the card a hookup pays you with. A holographic card in your deck shines when it is drawn, and Nyx notices.

Every card in 3D
Drag to tilt, double-click to flip, scroll to zoom. The reading panel gives you the card, the deck, whether it came up reversed, what it does tomorrow and Nyx's line for it. Holos throw a rainbow across themselves as they turn.

Eight achievements
First Pull, Something Shiny, Your Own Deck, The Full Set, The World Upright, Struck Twice, and two hidden ones.

Settings
How often a draw comes up reversed (off, 10%, 25%, 50%), whether a pack opens with the animation or instantly, and how often a holographic card drops from pill packs and hookups (off, rare, common).

Install
Put Nyx's Tarot 1.0.0.xcl and Nyx's Tarot-Media 1.0.0.xcl in your mods folder, plus any of the six optional deck packs, and load them with the Mod Loader. Existing saves are fine.

Notes
Nothing in the base game is overwritten. The daily effect is a buff, so it shows in the stat tooltip beside "+1 from showering" and lifts on its own; it never touches your real levels or your XP. The holographic drop comes alongside the X-Change trading card, never instead of it, so your card collection is untouched.
