I really need help from someone who understands Skyrim Animations better than I

For the past week I've been trying to fix my characters arms bugging out while casting spells to no avail...I've hit the point that I nuked my modlist (this is also on a downgraded 1.6.1170.0 skyrim)

- Address Library

- Alternate Start

- Bodyslide

- CBBE

- CBBE 3BA

- Dyn FNIS AA functions

- Open Animation replacer

- Pandora 4.4.0

- Racemenu

- SkyUI

- USSEP

- XP32

This is the complete mod list I have right now, these are all mods that are as up to date as I can get them, no mods that actually add animations or anything and my casting is STILL borked, ON THE VANILLA ANIMATIONS NO LESS...I can't keep trying things anymore, I'm going to rip my hair out....does anyone know what's wrong? I'm losing hope that I can even use magic outside of unmodded Skyrim anymore because it seems like XP32, Pandora, or OAR are completely breaking magic altogether...

if this was FNIS i would say turn on the "skeleton arm fix" patch check mark.

I wish it was this easy...I've pretty much had to just drop modding skyrim for the day, I'm going to try an older version of Pandora tomorrow to see if anything changes

Alternate Start

After the downgrade, I discovered that this mod causes a lot of problems

Mods that don't load, don't work properly, etc.

I replaced it with this one, and all the problems went away  Skyrim Unbound Reborn (Alternate Start)

Open Animation replacer

You don't need FNIS or Pandora unless specifically indicated. By any chance, have you installed any OAR animations that require Nemesis?

XP32

Remove and install XPMSE . Launch Fnis with skeleton key active. A Good bones is 126
