Devious Devices workaround or patch for newest version?

Updated to latest skyrim and updated skse and address library, but devious devices 5.2.7 is now producing an error, any work arounds?

Currently the only solution is to revert your game back to 1170 and set the manifest to read-only so the atuo-update cannot happen.

And just to be on the safe side: on AE you need DD NG on top of DD 5.2
