You're using someone else's mod as a base, this is fine in itself. But you're then selling said work. Modders building from one another is a community aspect of the hobby, you're spitting on that by charging money for it. I don't care if you sell your own original mods, I just won't buy them. But you aren't selling your own original mods, you've essentially stolen for profit.

There are alternatives. The work he shares are free and not mandatory to install anything behind paywall.

For users, you can give constructive criticism and move on.
What tool authors use is up-to them. You can inspect the work and point out the problems.

Stop whining about AI this and that. As a user, You have the freedom to not use the mod.
