Sort of like Nisa WP house slave, but without the slave part. e.g. you don't have to boink 'em before they run out of pink, and they're not part of your household, but they don't have any jealousy towards other Free use room mates. 

Cleans house like a maid. 

Does tasks like a butler: answers doors, etc. 

Does nanny work. 

Must assign them private quarters like a butler. 

Doesn't leave home lot except for two days off a week. You get to pick the days they have off for each FURM 

Free use to the player sim. 💋 i.e. never says no. 

Pays no rent in exchange for services. 

assigned to ONE of your household sims. Will do others if you gift them a bonus based on their attraction to the sim e.g. more attractive requires a smaller bonus. 

May quit the agreement if your sim alienates them.
