Unable to load skyrim with the framework loaded

I've attempted updating the framework to recent.

I've attempted to single out the mods and the other lab mods that i use and come down to the fact that with the framework loaded my game will not LOAD a saved game, yes that means it will correctly start a new game.

if i remove the framework it loads the game without issue.

 

Unless a new skse comes out any time soon all of the prerequisite files are up to date for the framework, i was wondering if this is a common problem or if its unique.

and obviously how i can fix it.
