[XCL] [0.25.9] Quality of Life Cheats

Increases the number of cheats with some QoL improvement.

I was annoyed that I never had saves last long enough to get high enough manicure level to use the longer acrylics lol.
This mod adds some of the newer skills to the cheat menu as well as some other Quality of Life features.
All AI made. I can't read code. I can't write code.
I do, however, write much better prose than AI which is why I wrote this part myself lol.
The AI made some interesting choices in terms of the layout that I may try and fix later and the aesthetics are lacking in the makeup spots, but from what I can tell it's all functional.

Hardly tested and not guaranteed as bug-free.
