Modding Skyrim to Bring it closer to something like Degrees of Lewdity? (Sex Focused (high noncon), Life-Sim, survival-ish sandbox)

As someone who doesn't care about engaging with the game's Combat Centered Mechanics at all, I tried last year to turn the game into something of an open world sex sim, with enough relevant mechanics and quests that I could ignore combat as much as possible while still being an engaging game. If anyone is familiar with Degrees of Lewdity, with how it ties everyday activities like work, NPC interaction and exploration with sex into a cohesive package that would be the platonic ideal system.
I never quite got there and bounced off for a year.
Has anyone attempted this? How has your experience been? I of course don't expect to get it perfect, but something close would already be incredible.
While I am only interested in playing as a submissive, receiver role character. It would still be interesting to read about mod it as a dominant MC, even if it doesn't fit my interest.

Avoiding combat is easy. Just rely on surrendering via the defeat mod and using illusion spells to have your enemies fight each other instead. With SL confabulation, you can assassinate targets automatically after seducing them (sleeping with them) in the dark brotherhood questline. I've never tried sexcraft so idk about it. 

 

SL solutions usually gives you a sex option to progress a vanilla quest (when interacting with non-hostile npcs) albeit you're less "submissive" and more of just a whore really. Other than the defeat, slavery and hardcore gore mods out there, there isn't a mental 'pc exploitation mod' where you're tricked into having sex or reluctantly accepting sex for the sake of progressing a vanilla quest like you would in DoL. I've seen a few instances where the pc reluctantly accepts sex from SL confabulation actually but not for story-related reasons (getting skooma, or buying special potions).

 

So no, you won't get to roleplay as an innocent dove getting used by the world as you would in DoL. You will get used in skyrim and corrupted to ultimately become a nymphomaniac (a level 40 pc shouldn't really yield to a lvl 5 enemy but you'll do it anyway since you wanna goon off to something so you'll just tell yourself your pc started off innocent and then became a corrupted nymph of a woman along the way) - yes im projecting hard lol. I guess alternatively, you can level up and pour all your perks into useless skill trees like lockpicking to remain perpetually useless and weak, idk. Your pc could be a handyman not a warrior xD 

 

On a side note, if you have the time and willpower, you can always take a mod like SL solutions, and change the dialogues it has yourself to something you'd prefer instead. Technically speaking the framework to do what you want is in the mods i listed but perhaps the flavor is somewhat different. At the end of the day, most of it will be up to your own imagination with the roleplaying.

Wartimes Daughter and Devious Followers can both give some of that "poor PC getting taken advantage of" vibe. Troubles of Heroine does as well, in a somewhat more brutal way, but you'll have to actively decide to embrace your submission (and turn off the events that you don't like, it's very configurable).

 

Devious Slavery and Servitude has some "daily life" type submission scenarios as well (I haven't played through them myself).

 

Player Captive can allow the player to be held hostage by various hostile factions. Simple Slavery Plus Plus sells the player at a slave auction and can connect to a number of "oh I'm in trouble now" type mods (Public Whore, SLUTS, and others) - including Submissive Lola, a lifestyle-submissive mod. There's also Binding, which is more bondage focused that SubLola, though it's still in development and therefore not quite as user-friendly polished as SubLola is (the gold standard of mods, IMO). Dealing With (Sexual) Daedra and Balazar's Bitch also has plenty of options for getting a PC in deep, though I can't vouch for their current state.

 

IMO it works better better RP wise if you're willing to engage with adventuring or combat at least on some level - what I usually do is dial down the PC's power and play her as more of a healer, support, and/or glass-cannon-who-needs protection type.

 

If you purely want the day-in-the-life-as-a-victim vibe and not go adventuring, then the aforementioned Wartimes Daughter is probably your best bet. Maria Eden also looks like it offers that total experience but I haven't played it yet; it looks like it's more of an advanced thing to set up appropriately and still looks like it's in the development phase.

I don't personally use it because the creator isn't a native english speaker so the writing is really poor. If you can overlook poor writing, then you might like it - it's one of the community's favorite sex mods apparently...

 

My first reply was on the basis you wanted to play vanilla skyrim quests with sex. If you just want quests, regardless of them being vanilla quests or not, then go to the quests section of LL skyrim downloads and browse to your heart's content.

Binding may still be in dev, but honestly it works ridiculously well with Devious Followers if you want to play the poor PC getting taken advantage of in a submissive kind of way.  

Very configurable, and while it *can* run into issues with both Devious Followers and Submissive Lola, you can configure your way out of them, and it also results into challenging game situations where you are trying to avoid punishments from Binding, but also need to talk and solicit NPCs or do Lola things to avoid consequences from those.

It is definitely a step up from where Lola tends to lead, and your PC can easily spend most of their time naked, bound and typically gagged in some capacity.


For character ideas:  Ordinator's overhaul of the perk trees helps here since you can become a glass cannon necromancer, who when caught unaware or at the start of a dungeon you don't have your full summons up you can pretty easily end up surrendering.

Thank you for the recommendations! These are very close to what I'm going for.
To clarify, I'm not interested in playing the Vanilla or Skyrim-y quests in general, but I'm not opposed to them if they add to my overarching goal!

These are amazing! I think the most quest focused mod I ever engaged with was submissive Lola, which was pretty good! But I haven't tried any of the others ones, I'll give these a try and report back. The general goal is to yes, have a day-in-the-life-as-a-victim style, with some added external pressures like needing money to pay something like rent or something. Anything that incentivizes you to engage with some system. Degrees of Lewdity does that in a few ways, most notable of them is needing to pay rent weekly or face some consequence.

I remember looking into binding a while ago, but didn't quite get what it was going for, with your recommendation it looks alot like something I'd be interested in! I'll give devious followers a try! I played submissive lola before and I quite liked it, but i'll try just one mod before becoming too overwhelmed that chaotic combo.

The Ancient Profession is a prostitution mod that has a good amount of content for the prostitution lifestyle. Devious Followers is a good way to add a follower as someone demanding money, giving you an incentive to earn. You'll have to play around with the settings to get the right balance of income and expenses though.
