The obvious reason is that the protagonists are minors in the first two installments. Amicia, for example, is 15 and 16 in the first two parts of the series, respectively. Sophia and Leni are 22 years old in Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy.

Kooka26 Posted August 31 Posted August 31 I spoke with Francis Louis, a well-known modder who releases nude mods very quickly, but he indicated that the engine is proprietary and therefore modding possibilities are limited or more complex, which could either discourage modders or make it difficult to create. But I still hope someone will succeed.😔😥

Armani X Posted September 3 Posted September 3 This looks like bad news for the game; modding is going to take a long time. It seems that modifying the game is more complex and difficult than anticipated.
faradi Posted September 8 Posted September 8 (edited) AFAIK A game moddable or not, depends on its game engine. Easiest one are Unreal 5 and RE Engine. I played Plague Tale Series from the 1st till now. This is the 3rd one. They are all not really moddable ( i checked on nexus time to time). This is a good game, just play it now. If you are an optimist one (like me), you can wait years, maybe the right mods eventually coming, for example Rise and Shadow of Tomb Raider i waited for years before it comes.
