Lost sword is an Idle gacha game with lots of big boob women wearing as little as possible. 
Game is pretty F2P friendly but you gotta pay for costumes. 
I don't know if you'll be able to mod the game but I do know the devs have sneaked fully modeled nipples into the game so maybe there's something that can be done, but just giving a heads up to maybe get some people interested. 
But like I said it is just an idle game.
