Followers and looting.

Not really sure if this is a me problem, or something else, but one thing that has, and keeps bugging me is I can't command followers to loot bodies. Yeah it seems weird, maybe makes me seem lazy, which I am. But it is a simple problem (maybe) that I wish I had a solution to. Been playing for years, maybe I'm just bad at searching (follower & loot seems pretty descriptive for my current quandary, at least I seem to think so)

Its not just a follower disposition issue either, neither one single follower, nor three, but all followers, even custom ones. They can all open chests just fine, even break into houses, or murder Nazeem at my behest, but looting bodies is impossible. Is it even a simple issue that can be so fixed?

Why does it work in FO4 but not Skyrim?

And why does every follower loot, or inventory mod come with 10000 bells, whistles, and an mcm instead of what it says on the tin?

For instance in fo4 we got this, which is simple, it works, and I don't need to tick a bunch of boxes in a menu. Whereas in Skyrim all we got relating to loot or inventory is this auto-loot craziness, and this "light weight" outfit manager.

Have you tried the auto-loot function in NFF - Nether's Follower Framework?

I never did, so I cannot tell you if it even works, and installing a follower framework might be overkill to what you want...
